1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person using the service and mco99. References to “player”, “member”, “you” or “your” mean the registered account holder. References to “we”, “our”, “us” or the “platform” mean mco99 and the services made available through the mco99 website.

By opening an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a wager or continuing to use mco99, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. 11. Service availability and liability
